How to Order

To place an order simply browse through our Shop and add your products to your cart. We recommend creating an account so that you can earn quickly save your cart, add to your wishlist, and earn Green Tokens. Once you have made your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment instructions.

Payment Options

e-Transfer: Payments can be made via Interac e-Transfer. You will receive your custom payment instructions during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please note the payment instructions and ensure you use the correct recipient name as any other variation will be rejected. If payment is not completed within 24 hours the order is automatically cancelled.

Cash on Delivery:

Cash on delivery is also available to customers (Express Delivery). At the discertion of the dispatch.

This ensures our customers pay a fair price. Our system will automatically determine the lowest priced shipping options and offer Canada Post Xpresspost, FedEx Ground, & FedEx Express.

All shipping orders will be processed within 1-2 business day(s). Tracking codes are automatically provided when your order is shipped. Most orders placed and paid for before 12:00PM EST are shipped out the same day!

We offer shipping to British Columbia, Alberta , Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Northwest Territories, & Nunavut. We guarantee delivery on all parcels. If your package is missing we will work with you & Canada Post/FedEx to ensure we find a solution.

During checkout you will receive an estimated delivery time. All orders are shipped from the GTA.

Free Standard Shipping

247Green offers free Canada Post standard shipping on orders over $150 as regular parcel mail. Customers can choose a faster Xpresspost shipping option as well as FedEx options. Now that makes purchasing cannabis across Canada a breeze!

Minimum Order of $40

For shipping orders under $80 you may choose a flat fee $10 shipping option.

Received the Wrong Items or Items are Missing

While we have strict quality control measures in place, there are times when an order may be packed incorrectly or a replacement was provided if an item is out of stock. We strongly recommend that you take pictures of your order when it arrives to ensure there aren’t any discrepancies. Our team also catalogues all orders before they are packed as a final check.

If your items are missing or you received the wrong item please reach out to us with pictures or a video and our team will investigate further.

Refund or Exchange

In order for an item to be refunded or exchanged we require that all customers reach out to us within two days of receiving their items. Please provide a summary of the issue as well as supplementary pictures or videos.

For prepackaged Super Quad bags (i.e. Astro or Captain Kush) we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the bag has been opened.

We will handle each request on a case by case basis. Please note that for a full refund to be issued we require that the items be sent back to us.
